As President and CEO, Ashley manages all major areas of administrative leadership, fundraising, Board of Directors and committees, fiscal operations, fund distribution and agency and community relations. While deeply understanding and advocating for the UWSC vision and mission, Ashley seeks out opportunities for development and collaboration through United Way’s pillar areas of health, education, and financial stability with partners throughout Story County.
Kristin serves as the Senior Director of Advancement at United Way of Story County. Since joining the organization in 2009, she has led resource development efforts that connect generous community members with meaningful opportunities to make a lasting impact. Her work helps align community giving with local needs to improve lives across Story County.
Sarah leads key initiatives at United Way such as the Women United financial literacy programming, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), LIVE UNITED Food Drive, Wheels for Work, community collaborations, and more. She collaborates with nonprofit health and human services partners, educational institutions, businesses, government agencies, and community members to assess where needs are greatest and spearheads the initiatives that strengthen the lives of individuals and families locally.
Maggie works directly with businesses around Story County who participate in the annual campaign, assisting them with programming and community connection. She aims to engage businesses through volunteer projects and affinity groups, specifically the Young Leaders Society. Maggie has a passion for creative freedom, human services, and building community.
Paloma is dedicated to optimizing efficiency and streamlining operations. With a strong command of behind-the-scenes processes, she ensures that systems run seamlessly. Known for her reliability, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive approach, Paloma consistently contributes to driving positive outcomes and supporting organizational success.
As the Marketing Director for United Way of Story County, Allee is dedicated to promoting the organization’s mission and enhancing community engagement. With a strong background in strategic communication and storytelling, she connects local partners, businesses, and volunteers to foster collaboration and create a positive impact.
Kelly serves as the Database Specialist at United Way of Story County, where she plays a vital role in maintaining accurate donor records, generating reports, and supporting donor communication. She is a trusted partner to the resource development, finance, and community impact teams, known for her attention to detail and readiness to provide support and leadership on various projects. Outside of work, Kelly is an active volunteer, lending her time and talents to several local community efforts.
